Shipping policy

Because all of our products are digital downloads, no physical items will be shipped.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you’ll receive immediate access to your purchased digital product. A download link will be provided on the order confirmation page and, if applicable, sent to the email address used during checkout.

Please ensure you enter a valid email address at checkout. If you don’t receive your download or experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us at kid.dochronicles@outlook.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

There are no shipping fees for digital products, and no physical delivery will occur.
